Job Description About the Role: Salary: $90,000 - $140,000 p.a. + Superannuation. At TABtouch we’re passionate about the web, and it’s key to the success of our digital channels. We love delivering amazing experiences for our customerss and are now looking for talented front-end developers of all levels of experience to join our Bettering Department to take TABtouch to the next level.
As part of our team, you’ll play an important role in developing the next phase of our digital growth. We’re a big team, but we’re innovative, nimble, and fun, and of course flexibility is key, so we continue to support flexible working for all our team members.
Please note that this position is a 12-month maximum term contract, with the possibility of becoming a permanent role.
Qualifications About You: We are looking for individuals with the following skills and qualities: Strong experience and a passion for developing web applications using modern frameworks, tools, and technologies, including React, TypeScript, Redux, Jest, Emotion (or other CSS-in-JS libraries), and HTML5. Applied use of best practice web usability guidelines and standards. Solid understanding of DevOps concepts, including experience working with CI/CD tools. Experience with React Native or native iOS/Android development will be well regarded. Experience developing APIs with C# or Node.js will be well regarded. Experience using AWS services such as API Gateway, Lambda, and CloudFormation will be well regarded. Experience with Docker and containerization in AWS will be well regarded.
The ability to be open-minded and willing to bring fresh ideas to the way that we work. Willing to participate in on-call support within the team as required. You are customer-first in your thinking and want to deliver the best solution that meets their needs.
