The Role: We’re looking for an experienced dermal therapist to join our tight-knit, passionate team. In this role, you’ll not only perform corrective skin treatments but also create an environment where clients can unwind and indulge in a spa-like experience. Your expertise will play a key part in delivering personalised skin treatments and providing clients with customised skincare routines, all while achieving incredible results and ensuring that each client feels valued and cared for.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct detailed consultations to assess client needs and develop personalized treatment plans. Perform advanced skin treatments such as peels, laser therapies, skin needling, and RF needling. Advise clients on skincare routines that align with their individual goals. Take ownership of each client’s skin journey, providing guidance and support from start to finish. Proactively manage your schedule, ensuring gaps are filled and the day runs smoothly.

About You & Requirements: Essential: Diploma of Beauty Therapy.

Essential: 3+ years of industry experience.

Essential: Proficient in performing skin treatments, including laser, skin needling, RF needling, and vascular/pigment laser treatments.

Advantageous: Dermal Therapy qualification or higher.

Must be available for a minimum of 2-3 days a week; must include Monday and Saturday

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients. Must maintain a professional appearance and demeanour at all times. Must be confident in taking control of client skin journeys, developing plans, and guiding clients through their treatment process. Passionate about skincare and dedicated to achieving exceptional results. Strong work ethic, with a proactive mindset and the ability to manage your own schedule effectively. A team player who is caring, friendly, and strives to create a positive, productive atmosphere each day.
