The Position: To provide heavy plant operations and labouring assistance to relevant crews and other AlburyCity work groups, including assisting with operational works as required. Working 38 hours per week with a fortnightly RDO. Flexible working arrangement. Come and work for an engaging and dynamic team.

Qualifications & experience: Class C (standard) Driver’s Licence (compulsory to have and maintain). Proven competency in Excavator Operations. Construction Induction Card. Workcover Authority Licence for Excavators. Medium Rigid (MR) or Heavy Rigid (HR) Drivers Licence.

Tasks & responsibilities: General excavator operations in civil construction works. Heavy plant operations to civil crews, including earthworks, drainage works, water works, and pavement construction. Maintain the plant in a clean and serviceable condition. Ensure all routine plant maintenance is carried out and weekly service reports are completed. Drive and operate the plant in accordance with Albury City’s WHS policies and procedures and best practices.

Hours: Based on a 38-hour week, with actual days and times being 7.00am to 4:00pm (these times may vary due to operational requirements), Monday to Friday, with an RDO in accordance with AlburyCity’s RDO guidelines.
