The Position: This role will provide project support to the Business Excellence and Improvement Partner, engaging with internal and external stakeholders, suppliers, and customers to deliver the project objectives of the Service Excellence Program. Working 35 hours per week with a fortnightly RDO. Flexible working arrangement. Come and work for an engaging and dynamic team.

Qualifications & experience: degree or diploma-level qualifications in business management, project management, improvement, or a related field or relevant, equivalent work experience. Demonstrated experience facilitating workshops and guiding discussions to achieve outcomes. Demonstrated experience applying project and change management principles to improve corporate performance

Ability to describe and document levels of service and to analyse and evaluate service delivery to find efficiency improvements. Developed consultancy skills, including demonstrated ability to understand the issues, gain stakeholder confidence, and jointly develop innovative solutions.

Tasks & responsibilities: Facilitate service planning workshops and guide discussion with teams across Albury City. Interpret and document discussions, seeking feedback and additional input where required. Identify opportunities to improve service planning processes. Support community engagement activities across AlburyCity Service Excellence projects. Prepare Business Excellence reports for a range of audiences, including senior leaders.

Hours Based on a 35-hour week, with actual days and times being Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm, with an RDO in accordance with AlburyCity’s RDO guidelines.
