We're expanding our menu to include a diverse breakfast offering and are looking for a skilled and passionate breakfast chef to join our team.

Key Responsibilities: Prepare and present high-quality breakfast dishes such as big breakfasts (eggs, toast, sausages, etc.). Salad bowls with fresh and creative ingredients. Sourdough bread with a variety of accompaniments. Chicken schnitzel and related dishes. Ensure consistent portioning, flavor, and presentation. Innovate and contribute to menu development for breakfast offerings. Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment in accordance with food safety standards. Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service during breakfast hours. Manage stock and supplies related to breakfast preparation.

Requirements: Proven experience as a breakfast chef or similar role in a restaurant setting. Strong knowledge of breakfast preparations and techniques. Ability to work early morning shifts. Team player with excellent communication skills. Commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and quality. Creativity and passion for culinary innovation.
