Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven real estate telecaller to join our dynamic team in South Melbourne. The successful candidate will be responsible for initiating contact with potential clients, generating leads, and assisting with the overall sales process for our real estate services. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth within the organization.

Key responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective clients, including property buyers, sellers, and investors. Introduce the company’s real estate services and offer solutions based on customer needs. Qualify leads by gathering information about potential clients' property requirements. Set appointments for real estate agents to meet with prospective clients. Maintain and update client information in the CRM system. Follow up with leads, providing additional information, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Handle inbound inquiries and provide timely responses to client requests.

Assist the sales team by scheduling meetings, sending follow-up emails, and providing administrative support. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets. Provide feedback and insights to improve lead generation processes.

Key Requirements: Prior experience in a telecalling or customer service role (preferably in real estate).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Knowledge of the real estate market in South Melbourne and surrounding areas is an advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. Friendly, energetic, and goal-oriented with a passion for customer service. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
