Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of the retail store, ensuring efficient and effective functioning. Lead and motivate a team of retail staff to deliver exceptional customer service. Manage inventory levels, ordering, and stock rotation to meet customer demand. Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance the shopping experience. Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets. Foster a positive work environment and provide coaching and support to team members. Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and company policies.

Requirements: Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in the pharmacy or healthcare industry. Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management and sales analysis. Commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Familiarity with pharmacy regulations and standards (preferred but not required). Chinese/Mandarin speaking as an advantage.
