Reliance Workforce is seeking motivated individuals with strong work ethics to join our growing team on an ongoing casual basis.

Positions Available: Grocery Picker/Packer. Alcohol Picker/Packer. Freezer Picker/Packer (must be willing to work in -20°C conditions).

Shift Details: 12 midday to 8 pm, Monday to Friday. Alcohol pick: Monday to Thursday (4 days most weeks). 38+ hours per week. Location: Crestmead and Rocklea Markets.

Key Responsibilities: Picking and packing grocery, alcohol, and freezer items. Intensive manual handling (20+ kg). Working in a fast-paced environment.

Skills and Experience: Valid working rights in Australia (unrestricted). Reliable Transport and Drivers License—Not Learners. Must be over 18 years of age. Ability to multi-task and handle repetitive manual tasks. High attention to detail. Positive, can-do attitude. Physically fit. Seeking long-term employment.
