About the role: Coronation House Dentist is seeking a dynamic and experienced Dental Receptionist to join our team in Nambour, Queensland. As an experienced Dental Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our dental practice.

What you'll be doing Greeting and welcoming patients in a friendly and professional manner. Scheduling and managing patient appointments. Handling patient inquiries and booking requests. Assisting with insurance claims (HICAPS) and patient billing. Maintaining accurate patient records and confidentiality. Supporting the dental team with various administrative tasks as required. Chair side assisting when required. Providing outstanding patient care.

What we're looking for Previous experience in a dental or healthcare reception role, preferably in a dental practice. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in using computer systems and dental practice management software. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment. Taking initiative and improving work flow. Motivated individual taking on challenges and wanting to grow within their position.

A friendly can do attitude Attention to detail and the ability to multitask efficiently. Flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of the dental practice.
