Systems Technical Support Analyst, Durabuilt Windows & Doors. Location: 10920 178 Street NW Edmonton, AB. Salary: $60,000 annually, / 40 hours per week. Full time. Day. Starts as soon as possible. Languages English. Education College/CEGEP. Experience 2 years to less than 3 years. Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Responsibilities: Respond to users experiencing difficulties with computers. Consult user guides, technical manuals, and other documents to research and implement solutions. Provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties. Collect, organize, and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts. Participate in the redesign of applications and other software. Provide business systems, network, and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties. Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.
