Job Description: We are seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented individual to provide sales support to the principal/leading sales agent. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate sales, impeccable communication skills, and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities: Manage and prospect the buyer database. Conduct telephone and email inquiries and follow-ups with prospective buyers. Coordinate property viewings and showings. Prepare pre-listing material for appraisals. Assist with preparing homes for sale. Assist with the coordination of marketing and sales activities. Provide general administrative/assistant support to the principal/leading sales agent. Attend home opens. Diary management.

Qualifications/Requirements: A minimum of 1 year of experience in the real estate industry. Registered Sales Representative. Excellent organisational and time-management skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently. An interest in design and a passion for real estate. Flexible availability, including weekends (this is not a Monday-Friday role).
