Our commitment to excellent service and reliable equipment has earned us a strong reputation, and we are looking for someone to help us maintain and elevate these standards overnight.

Your Role: As the Night Shift Manager, you will be responsible for: overseeing all night shift activities from 1 AM to 9 AM. Managing equipment rentals, returns, and inspections. Coordinating with customers to ensure smooth delivery and pickup operations. Supervising and assisting with maintaining efficiency and safety standards. Handling customer enquiries and resolving any issues promptly. Ensuring accurate documentation and inventory management. Cash collection and reconciliation. Reporting to the director and board members with reports on a weekly basis.

What We Are Looking For Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role (preferably in logistics, rentals, and/or equipment handling). Strong organisational and leadership skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently. Effective communication skills to liaise with customers and team members. Availability to work the full night shift (1 AM to 9 AM) Monday – Friday. Knowledge of forklifts or golf buggies is a bonus but not required.
