Maintenance Technician. Region: Riyadh (Sulay, Riyadh).

Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a maintenance technician at *Company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The maintenance technician will be responsible mainly for general electrical, plumbing, and HVAC maintenance, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and maintenance & repair tasks to ensure the smooth operation of facilities and machinery.

Qualifications: Electrical, plumbing, and equipment maintenance skills. HVAC maintenance skills. Troubleshooting and preventive maintenance skills. Experience in maintenance & repair tasks. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in relevant technical tools and equipment. Relevant certification or vocational training in the maintenance field. Has a valid driving license. Must be flexible for on-call duties. Must have good English communication skills.
