Security Guard Supervisor, Interalliance Security Group. Location: Surrey, BC. Salary: 25.00 hourly/40 hours per week. Full time. Starts as soon as possible. Language English. Education Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Experience 1 year to less than 2 years. Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely. Work setting. Responsibilities: Be the point of contact when in need to handle emergency situations. Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments. Prepare and submit progress and other reports. Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. Supervise, coordinate, and schedule (and possibly review) the activities of workers. Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies. Establish work schedules and procedures.
