As a Student Services Officer, you will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service, maintaining high satisfaction levels, and ensuring our high volume of student enquiries are responded to promptly and effectively.

You’ll achieve this by: Fostering a service-centric mindset within the team. Providing frontline student support and dealing with any concerns or problems that may arise. Working closely with admissions, academic, and marketing teams to ensure efficient and timely student administration and stakeholder objectives. Demonstrating awareness of diverse cultural and social backgrounds while having a sensitive and supportive approach. Developing further knowledge about the administration of the student lifecycle.

Personal traits: Outstanding communication skills—both written and verbal. Patience, compassion, and willingness to help. Self-learner with internal drive to deliver quality outcomes. Looking to grow professionally. Curious and passionate about learning and self-development. Resilience and perseverance.

Experience: Experience in a client services role within the international education sector. Strong organisational skills and the ability to excel in a busy, high-volume environment. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy also in time-sensitive situations. Experience in working as part of a team. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, and the ability to communicate with clarity and ease. Strong digital skills or the ability to develop these on the job—automations and analysis using the latest applications.
