Tasks and Responsibilities: 100 properties in the portfolio. Entries, exits. Maintenance & QCAT when required. Managing rent arrears. Lease Renewals. Owner/tenant liaison. Dedicated APM to help with routines, leasing, and application processing. No trust accounting.

Skills and Experience Required: A current QLD Certificate of Registration. Property management experience: MIN 2 years' experience. Current drivers license & reliable car. Punctuality & honesty. Property ME experience preferred but not essential.
