About the role: Thrive on delivering the best customer service and be our first and last impressions of our practice. Scheduling appointments and managing phone calls and emails promptly. Manage our appointment book for smooth flowing days for the team. Informing patients about services, procedures, and fees. Handling front desk payments, claims, and administrative tasks. Resolving patient inquiries with empathy and professionalism. Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area. Communicate clearly and have fun in a supportive team environment.
About ideal candidate Previous reception and customer service experience a must. Excellent communication skills that is both professional yet warm. Proficient with computers and a willingness to learn platforms and software we use day to day. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Show a high attention to detail. Motivated, positive, and articulate performer.
