POSITION 1: Floor Manager An exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, customer-focused Senior Pharmacy Assistant to advance your career as a Floor Manager.  Being a team player, proactive approach and can-do attitude are extremely important in this role. 

Key Responsibilities and Tasks: Assist customers with enquiries. Management of inventory and stock control to satisfy customer needs and maintain budget in buying. Minimize shrinkage by monitoring stock through cyclic stock counts, data checks, and optimal ordering. Plan and create a visually pleasing store through merchandising. Coordinate catalogue and in-store promotions and invoices. Following up on accounts to ensure they’re paid. Delivery of medication to the community and nursing home. Coordinate staff training and development. Manage and improve team performance on a continual basis. Providing support to other team members on the main counter, register, and on the floor. General retail and administrative duties.

Skills & Experience: Prior pharmacy floor management experience will be preferable. Outstanding customer service, communication skills, and people management skills. Exceptional time and task management and organizational abilities. Passion for customer service and attention to detail. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficient computer skills. Dedicated work ethic and a strong team player. Driver License.

POSITION 2: Pharmacy Technician Ability to provide excellent customer service and build good rapport with customers. Good communication skills and accuracy and attention to detail are essential. Ability to work in a team environment. Must be reliable and have a strong work ethic. Able to handle a fast-paced environment and be highly flexible. Previous pharmacy experience is highly desirable. FRED Dispensing experience and S2/S3 certificates are an advantage but not essential. Driver's License is an advantage.
