The Role: As a Vehicle Prepper, you’ll play a key role in ensuring every vehicle is prepped to perfection for the refinisher. This is a critical position for someone who knows how to deliver consistently high standards in paint preparation.

Key Responsibilities: Sanding, masking, cleaning, and priming vehicles to a professional finish. Ensuring all prep work is completed to the highest standard, ready for refinishing. Collaborating with the finisher and team to maintain a smooth workflow. Conducting quality checks to ensure prep work meets workshop and OEM standards. Keeping the prep area clean, organised, and safe.
