Responsibilities: Lead the estimating and bid management process for projects, ensuring competitive and accurate bids are submitted. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders, to gather relevant information for bidding. Develop detailed cost estimates and proposals for projects, considering all aspects of the work involved. Review project specifications and other documents to understand project requirements. Stay current on industry trends and pricing to maintain competitiveness in the market. Manage and mentor a team of estimators and bid coordinators.

Requirements: Proven experience as an estimation/bid manager in the civil subcontracting industry, particularly in Sydney Water and Defence projects. Water treatment, stormwater, civil, and utilities experience. Strong knowledge of civil construction practices, materials, and methodologies. Proficiency in estimating software and tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Leadership and team management skills.
