About the role: Kosipark Pty Ltd is seeking a dedicated caravan park manager couple to oversee the day-to-day operations of our popular caravan park located in the scenic town of Jindabyne, New South Wales. This full-time role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our thriving hospitality business while enjoying the benefits of a picturesque regional lifestyle.

What you'll be doing: managing all aspects of the caravan park's operations, including guest services, maintenance, and financial management. Oversee the housekeeping team during busy months to ensure high standards of cleanliness and presentation are consistently maintained. During off-peak periods, take responsibility for performing housekeeping duties and cleaning amenities on a regular basis.

Liaising with guests to provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues that may arise

Promoting the caravan park and its amenities to attract new and returning visitors. Implementing and enforcing park policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Actively participating in the local community and building relationships with key stakeholders. Managing staffing, rostering, and training to maintain a highly motivated and skilled team. Overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of the park's facilities, equipment, and grounds.

What we're looking for: Significant experience in a similar caravan park management or hospitality management role. Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills, with a genuine commitment to exceeding guest expectations. Strong administrative and financial management capabilities, including budgeting and reporting. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Proficient in the use of relevant software and technology to support park operations. A passion for the hospitality industry and a desire to contribute to the success of a thriving regional business. A current driver's license and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
