About You: To be successful in this role, you will have a strong background in the SIL (Supported Independent Living) sector, along with a passion for community engagement and social justice. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and connect meaningfully with diverse stakeholders.

Key Requirements: Experience working in the NDIS or disability services sector, particularly in supported independent living (SIL).
