Retail Sales Manager, Neighbors Convenience Market. Location: Toronto, ON. Salary: 43.75 hourly / 35 hours per week. Full time. Day, evening, weekend, morning. Starts as soon as possible. Languages English. Education College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. Experience 7 months to less than 1 year. Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Responsibilities: Manage staff and assign duties. Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the effect of competitors' operations on sales. Determine merchandise and services to be sold. Implement price and credit policies. Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale. Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses. Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages. Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers. Oversee payroll administration. Conduct performance reviews.
