Here’s what you’ll be doing: Managing accounts and reconciling transactions with precision using Xero. Preparing and presenting accurate financial reports and statements. Processing payroll for construction teams and managing complex timesheets. Collaborating with accountants to uphold financial best practices. Overseeing invoicing, budgets, and compliance matters to maintain financial integrity.
Here’s what you’ll bring to the table: Proven experience in bookkeeping, preferably in the construction industry. Advanced proficiency in Xero and other financial tools. Strong experience in payroll processing, including handling complex timesheets. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines. Excellent communication skills for liaising with internal and external stakeholders. A proactive and self-driven approach, capable of managing tasks independently.
