This role is perfect for a passionate and strategic sales leader who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will play a crucial role in creating and delivering innovative sales strategies while driving the commercial success of the organisation.

Here’s what you’ll be up to: Leading and managing sponsorship and corporate hospitality sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Identifying, engaging, and securing new sponsorship partners and corporate clients. Building and nurturing long-term relationships with key stakeholders, sponsors, and corporate partners. Developing and delivering tailored proposals and commercial packages to meet client needs. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure exceptional client experiences and seamless delivery of sponsorship activations and corporate events. Monitoring sales performance, reporting on KPIs, and implementing strategies to drive growth. Representing the organisation at industry and corporate events to enhance visibility and business opportunities.

What you need to bring: Proven experience in a senior sales role, ideally within the sports, events, or corporate hospitality industries. A strong background in sponsorship and corporate sales with a demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets. Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills, with a focus on delivering results for clients and stakeholders. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. High-level organisational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. A proactive and innovative mindset, with the ability to identify and capitalise on new opportunities. Experience in developing and delivering successful sales strategies to grow business revenue.
