We are looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our warm and welcoming team part-time at Active Recovery, a private physiotherapy clinic that puts patient care at the heart of everything we do!

As an administrative assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic while providing excellent service to our patients.

What You’ll Do: Warmly greet patients and provide them with exceptional customer service. Manage patient appointments, schedules, and follow-ups with attention to detail. Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner. Handle patient records and other administrative tasks with confidentiality. Assist with office supplies, billing, and insurance inquiries. Invoicing and account management. Work closely with our physiotherapists to ensure a positive experience for every patient. Maintain a presentable reception area.

What We’re Looking For: A positive, friendly attitude with a passion for helping others. Strong organisational and multitasking skills. Previous experience in an administrative role. Previous experience with practice management software is preferred. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
