A unique opportunity for a suitably qualified individual to step into the role of accountant with an established construction group, Kastle and Otto Homes. Kastle and Otto are highly respected and accomplished construction and project management companies based in Perth, WA. We specialise in commercial construction with a focus on multi-residential projects as well as delivering lifestyle villages.

Working closely with the group CEO and MD, the successful candidate will be responsible for: general accounting duties, including bank reconciliations and BAS lodgements. Accounts receivable (payables largely automated). Cash flows. Expense management. Financial forecasting. Preparation of management information. Year-end accounts preparation and liaison with external accountants

We are looking for a highly organised and efficient accountant with a minimum of 5 years’ experience and relevant accounting qualifications to fill this role. Experience in CHEOPS along with a CA/CPA qualification will be advantageous.
