We are seeking passionate candidates who can offer their own individual expression, knowledge, and insight across the multiple available roles.

Key skill requirements: Minimum one-year experience working in a fast-paced kitchen across larder, grill, and function sections producing high-quality plates for both restaurant and bar-focused menus.

Ideally an apprenticeship or relevant cookery qualifications: Proven cooking skills that would be required within a commercial kitchen setting. Can-do attitude and a passion for working in a team environment. With multiple high-volume services, we seek candidates who thrive within a busy kitchen. A passion for working with local and seasonal ingredients, striving to deliver the best products to our guests consistently. A strong work ethic with the ability to multi-task and communicate effectively to ensure preparation and service tasks are completed to a high standard and promptly. Excellent communication skills. Positions Available:

Chef de Partie: 30+ hours across Tuesday-Saturday.

Pastry Chef/Larder: 30+ hours across Tuesday-Saturday.

Sous Chef: 30+ hours across Tuesday-Saturday.

Casual or full-time salaried positions are available for the right candidate based on experience.
