Who are we looking for? We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced acoustic engineer to join our team in Sydney and grow their career. Your focus of this role is to conduct noise and vibration assessments for a broad variety of small and large-scale projects, including in key transport infrastructure, power & renewable energy, buildings, water, and other industries. Working with an energetic and high-performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in: working on diverse projects whilst applying your technical expertise in acoustic consulting. Conducting noise and vibration impact assessments for projects that include renewables, roads, rail, water, environmental, & buildings. Noise modelling and data analysis, detailed technical reports, and documentation. Designing noise and vibration mitigation treatments. Noise compliance, management plans, and field measurement activities.

What you will bring to the team: tertiary qualifications in engineering, science, or similar. 2-5 years relevant postgraduate experience in acoustic engineering. Experience with noise modelling software (SoundPLAN, CadnaA). Well-developed understanding of relevant standards, guidelines, and measurement equipment. Knowledge or an interest in programming (R Studio, MATLAB, Python) and/or data visualisation skills (Power BI, Tableau). Interested? Apply now with your CV and a cover letter.
