Concrete Repairer, Water Proofer, and Plasterer. Reva Commercial Pty Ltd. Perth WA. Building Trades (Trades & Services). Full time. $40 – $55 per hour. We are looking for a multiskilled concrete repairer with water proofing, rendering, trowel texture experience for an immediate start.

Experience with Tiling, Ceiling fixing, brick laying would also be a bonus!

The successful applicant will have: Police clearance (or obtain within 7 days of commencing). Working with Children Check (or obtain within 7 days of commencing). Concrete cancer repair / remediation / rendering experience. Trowel texture/sand finish renders/effects skills an advantage. Waterproofing with a sheet membrane (and all liquids). Good communication; be able to relate well to customers and other staff. A can-do attitude and prepared to learn new skills when the opportunity presents.

Minimum of 4 yrs site / trade exp. Ability to Smart Phone Business Management software (svm8 / simpro / arflo / site docs or similar). Ability to pass random drug tests is required. Weekend work required when needed. Current driver’s lisc and white card is critical. EWP over 11m, work safety at heights (or to be obtained within 28 days).

Your own trade’s vehicle required initially. After successful trial period - company vehicle with fuel card may be offered to the ideal candidate.

Remuneration: Depending on your skills and hours worked - Pay is between 75 - 10K pa (plus vehicle, fuel card after probabation) - Plus Superannuation, Entitlements etc. We are open to part-time, full-time, casual, or trail periods on an ABN (trades will average 40-55 hr weeks).
