We are seeking motivated and reliable casual tunnel maintenance labourers to support various functions across our contracts in Melbourne. This role involves outdoor work and primarily night shifts.

Start Date: Early-mid Feb, with ongoing shifts available.

Key Responsibilities: Successful candidates will assist with a range of tasks, including but not limited to: general maintenance. Plant equipment spots. Confine Space Standby personnel. Site Access Personnel. Worksite safety inspections. General site cleaning. Trade Assistance. Graffiti Removal. Emergency repairs + call outs. Assist with vacuum truck operations.

To be considered for this role, the applicant must possess the following current and valid certifications: Construction White Card. Current Drivers License.

RIIHAN301E - Elevated Work Platform (Under 11m) ticket or TLILIC0005 - Elevated Work Platform (Over 11m) HR License. RIIWHS204E: Working @ Heights Ticket. RIIWHS202E, MSMPER205, MSMPER200: Confine Space Entry Ticket (advantageous but not mandatory).

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in maintenance or general labour, demonstrate reliability, and possess a strong focus on safety with a positive, can-do attitude. Previous experience in road or tunnel environments will be highly regarded.
