Must hold a Motor Armature Rewind certificate. Must have a minimum of 4 years of work experience with Apprentice. Able to work safely and committed to using appropriate PPE. Able to pass trainings, which will be provided to upgrade skill level. Updated knowledge about various electric motor equipment and its mechanisms. Efficient data management abilities that help document every stage of work. Ability to figure out malfunctioning and defective components in an electric motor. Competent knowledge of electrical principles and their practical applications.

Repairing parts and components to fix up different electric motor-based appliances. Dismantle the motor when it comes to repair, inspect all parts and components carefully, and record the detailed information in the job cards. Able to assemble motors and generators as per work scope procedure. Able to perform an electrical static test on the motor and record it in the job card. Cleaning electric motors and making them free from dirt & grease. Ensuring the motor is assembled accurately, which includes replacing bearings, seals, and grease. Performed quality inspections & tests. Must work independently on the jobs.
