South Bunarba Agriculture is a large, family-owned, mixed farm with properties around Mungindi, farming crops consisting of mainly wheat, cotton, chickpeas, faba beans, canola, barley, and sorghum. We have a passion for agriculture and seeing people develop their skillsets and progress their careers within the industry.

The package for this full-time, permanent position includes competitive, well above award wages, a 3-bedroom house with high-speed Wi-Fi, a modern work vehicle, and monthly phone and tool allowances. This position would suit a candidate with previous farming experience interested in broad-acre winter and summer cropping.

Requirements: enthusiasm for agriculture. Reliable, well organized, and self-motivated. An ability to work in a cohesive team structure. Excellent communication skills. Previous broadacre farming experience. Competent operation of applicable machinery, plants, and equipment. Experience with GPS (preferably John Deere Greenstar). An emphasis on preventative maintenance, with the ability to carry out repairs. A range of skills to carry out general farm RandM, including to our on-farm silo complex. A previous trade or training would be highly regarded. Current drivers license. A HR, HC, or MC license would also be of advantage. This position is full-time, available for permanent residents only.
