Dental Technician, Solaris Dental Design Inc. Location 101–17 Fawcett Rd. Coquitlam, BC. Salary: 25.00 to 33.00 hourly (to be negotiated) / 30 hours per week. Full time. Day, Morning. Experience 2 years to less than 3 years. Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely. Work setting. Commercial dental laboratory. Independently owned business.

Responsibilities: Prepare plaster models and moulds. Cast gold or metal alloys for bridges and denture bases. Perform administrative functions for the dental laboratory. Maintain and order supplies. Mould wax over denture set-up. Finish the metal framework of dentures. Supervise students in training. Prepare wax bite blocks and impression trays. Pack plastic material in moulds to form full or partial dentures. Make orthodontic bands from metal and alloys. Polish and buff dentures.
