Technical Lead

RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Be an evangelist of Architech’s services and our value proposition to our customers
    Understand customer business needs to deliver the best solution(s)
    Lead teams of designers and engineers to successfully deliver on the strategy and goals behind each customer projects
    Assume ownership for overall solution architecture, code quality and on-time solution delivery
    Lead collaboration and technical discussions with customers, guiding them efficiently to positive outcomes
    Participate in Agile project execution - daily stand-ups, product demos and retrospectives
    As a contributing team member, efficiently write and implement clean, accurate, and testable code
    Lead and mentor teams on ways to do things better and help individuals build their technical craft
    Peer review developers code to ensure the highest possible quality in the fastest possible time
    Provide guidance to developers on time estimates, priority setting and development techniques
    Lead by example and reinforce team compliance to company technical delivery standards
    Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders throughout project lifecycles
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:
    Must love leading highly collaborative teams to build great solutions for customers
    Relevant experience leading development teams, delivering web and mobile solutions in a software engineering firm and/or digital studio
    Relied on as a subject matter expert in at least one of the following technology platforms: Java, Web-mobile, iOS, or Android
    Passionate about delivering continuous value through the use of Agile and lean delivery
    Solid understanding of client deliverables and the ability to lead teams to their fulfillment
    Committed to test driven development and continuous integration practices
    Exceptional written communication and presentation skills in a client facing capacity
    Depth of experience in a range of Web Services and with one or more of the following RDBMS: Oracle 10++, MySQL 5.x, SQL Server 2005/2008++
