A very well-established business with over 100 years in the market, they have been acknowledged to multiple awards for excellence in project delivery and quality construction. Specialising in the commercial maintenance sector with both local and state government, they also have a commercial project division.

They are currently looking for an experienced contract administrator to join the business, working alongside an experienced project manager and site manager to deliver a range of commercial refurb projects.

Key Requirements: Hold a construction-related degree or relevant qualification. Proven experience in contract administration on commercial building projects. Previous experience on refurb/fit-out projects would be highly regarded. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Excellent time management skills.
