Head Chef, Gibsons Noosa. Noosaville, Sunshine Coast QLD. Chefs/Cooks (Hospitality & Tourism). Full time. $75,000 – $85,000 per year. Gibsons Noosa is considered an iconic place to shop and meet in Noosa. Our contemporary retail shop integrates comfortably with our busy licensed café where we specialise in fresh house-made breakfasts, lunches, and morning & afternoon tea, as well as gourmet coffee, teas, and boutique wines and beers. We are looking for a Head Chef with experience in short-order cafe cooking and preparation to join the team. 

Duties & Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Experience cooking in a cafe or breakfast restaurant. Maintain a clean & hygienic work environment to food safety standards. Performing food preparation tasks. Development and maintenance of a contemporary menu. MORNING SHIFTS. NO SPLIT SHIFTS. NO NIGHTS. Sponsorship can be considered for genuine and qualified applicants. The successful applicant must be able to work fast and within a team. They must have short-order cooking experience.
