Administrative Assistant, AGS Freight. Location: Brampton, ON. Salary: 28.39 hourly / 35 hours per week. Full time. Day, Evening, Weekend, Morning. Starts as soon as possible. Benefits: Other benefits. Languages English. Education Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Experience 1 year to less than 2 years. Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Responsibilities: Plan and control budget and expenditures. Determine and establish office procedures and routines. Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies. Schedule and confirm appointments. Manage contracts. Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages. Answer electronic enquiries. Compile data, statistics, and other information. Respond to employee questions and complaints. Order office supplies and maintain inventory. Oversee payroll administration. Arrange travel and related itineraries and make reservations. Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas. Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents. Perform data entry. Provide customer service. Perform basic bookkeeping. Experience and specialization. Computer and technology knowledge. MS Excel. MS Outlook. MS PowerPoint. MS Windows. MS Word.
