Legal Executive in Debt Recovery

My Client, located in Dublin West is seeking a Legal Executive to join their Debt Recovery team. This is an excellent opportunity to develop and gain great experience in an excellent and friendly working environment. Salary: €23 + depending on experience

Duties:

    Debt Collection using the legal procedure
    Preparing and drafting legal documents
    All areas of enforcement
    Dealing with the clients, debtors, solicitors, and other stakeholders
    General office administration

Key Requirements:

    A good understanding of the debt recovery/collections process
    Ability to drive the litigation process
    Ability to work under pressure
    Excellent communication and organisational skills
    Proficient on Microsoft Office
