JOIN OUR TEAM: Hatch Home is looking for a retail sales consultant to join our dynamic Busselton team. We are looking for applicants who display the below characteristics.
Essential: Demonstrated experience in a retail sales role. Excellent communication, customer service skills, and organization. Ability to use POS systems. Ability to occasionally work in a back-of-house environment and perform tasks such as lifting and moving some furniture as required. Flexibility to work some weekends and holidays as required. Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS: Manage, maintain, and coordinate sales from order to delivery. Assist customers with furniture and colour selections. Passion to achieve sales budgets—both personal goals and supporting the broader team. Ensure that the showroom is impeccably presented at all times. Perform daily administrative tasks: emails, client enquiries, quoting, phone calls, and order processing. Build and nurture strong relationships with management and customers. This role is full-time.
