Responsibilities: Cut carcasses, sides and quarters. Cut, trim and prepare standard cuts of meat. Wrap and package prepared meats. Remove bones from meat. Weigh meats for sale. Cut poultry into parts. Grind meats. Prepare special displays of meats, poultry and fish products.
