VACANCY Customer Support Officer. Full-time 1 Year Contract. The Rural City of Murray Bridge is seeking an experienced, motivated and enthusiastic Customer Support Officer to undertake a full-time role for a 1-year contract. To be successful in this diverse role you will have experience in customer service, have excellent interpersonal communications and the ability to contribute positively and effectively within a small team environment.

The role of Customer Support Officer is to assist customers by: providing professional, prompt, accurate, courteous, confidential and helpful customer service to both internal and external customers, performing the role of cashier, receiving and receipting of revenue and following through with basic accounting procedures, assisting business units with project work from time to time, undertaking tasks directly related to the section 187 search processes conducted by council.

The position is offered for a twelve-month period, in a full-time capacity at a Level GO3 Officer in accordance with the South Australian Municipal Salaried Officers Award and Council’s current Enterprise Agreement within an annual salary range of $77,151 to $83,311 plus Superannuation.
