Corporate Business Development Manager- Sydney. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Business Development Manager to join our team. The Corporate Business Development Manager will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence within the corporate sector. This individual will leverage their extensive industry knowledge and strong corporate network to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and C-suite clientele. Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize corporate revenues and achieve growth targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining relationships with existing clients.
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and risks within the corporate hospitality sector. Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute targeted campaigns for corporate clients. Represent the hotel at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote our offerings. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to C-suite executives, showcasing the hotel’s facilities and services. Monitor and analyse competitors’ activities and market positioning to inform strategic planning. Work closely with the operations team to ensure client expectations are met and exceed service standards. Proven experience in corporate business development or sales within the hospitality industry, specifically within hotels. Strong network of corporate contacts and established relationships with C-suite level clientele. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
Strategic thinker with a strong understanding of market dynamics. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field. Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury or upscale hotel environment.
