Key Responsibilities: Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring the highest standards of service are maintained. Lead and inspire the front-of-house team to provide exceptional customer experiences. Assist in managing staff schedules, training, and performance. Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our menu and wine offerings to provide informed recommendations to guests. Address guest feedback and complaints with professionalism and a solutions-oriented approach. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and uphold a clean, safe working environment. Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain smooth operations and execute outstanding service. Participate in marketing initiatives to promote events and special offerings.
Qualifications: Previous experience in a similar role in a premium dining environment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide staff. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage, particularly premium wines. An eye for detail and a passion for providing an extraordinary guest experience. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
