Showroom Sales Consultant, Skaana Recruitment. Warana, Sunshine Coast QLD. Sales Coordinators (Sales). Full time. $70,000 + Super + Quarterly Bonus. Skaana Recruitment are proud to be partnering with a well-known, established company in the building materials industry. Due to sales growth, we are looking to appoint a Sales Consultant to their centrally located showroom on the Sunshine Coast.
About the role: In this role, you will meet and greet retail customers in their Showroom, qualifying their needs and requirements, and then providing guidance and education around suitable products.
You will leverage software platforms to compile formal quotations based on customer project plans, schedules, inspections, or other paperwork and follow up previous quotations to ensure lasting relationships and an exceptional experience. Collaborating with the Sales Representatives in the region, you will also follow up sales leads and work towards set sales targets as a team.
About You: Previous experience in a customing facing Sales, Internal Sales, Sales Administration, Customer Service or Retail role. Proficiency with software such as MS Office and the ability to learn new systems quickly. Teamwork focused with excellent communication and time management skills. Ability to build and develop exceptional product knowledge and remain current on industry requirements such as building codes. Previous experience working in a consultative sales role such as Travel Agent, Recruitment Consultant, New Home Sales, Sales Estimation or similar role would be highly regarded. Previous experience in the building materials and construction industry would be beneficial, but not essential.
