Urgent hiring: Senior pricing and Cost Estimation Engineer. Region: Olaya (Dabab Street, Olaya Signal). Position: Senior Pricing and Cost Estimation Engineer. Massabuilt Co. Ltd. JOB LOCATION: RIYADH-SAUDI ARABIA. We are looking for an experienced Cost Estimation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have expertise in cost estimation for tenders.

Qualification Required: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field. Mechanical Engineering Background in Contracting Companies. Minimum 10 years of experience, including 5+ years in Saudi Arabia in same position. Proficiency in cost estimation software and quantity takeoff tools. Strong knowledge of English (written and spoken). Excellent analytical and teamwork skills and work under pressure.

Job Responsibilities: Prepare accurate cost estimates as per direct cost such as Labors, Materials, Equipment’s, and Sub Contractor Offers. Indirect cost such as staff expenses, mobilization, field expenses, general equipment, tools, etc.

Overhead such as taxes, risk, contingency, bonds, head office expenses, etc. Check and analyze as per specifications, drawings, and contract, and time schedule, general and particular conditions. Prepare BOQ with check quantities and reinforcement ratio for concrete items. Prepare the technical proposal and financial proposal for tender. Communicate with subcontractors and suppliers to request the quotations. Collaborate with teams to meet client expectations.
