Our Structural Landscaping Company is looking for an enthusiastic Apprentice/Trade Assistant to join our team. Join our hardworking team as an Apprentice/Trade Assistant and receive hands-on training and earn your TAFE qualification. You’ll get your hands dirty, gain valuable experience, all while being mentored by a team that values hard work, honesty, and growth. If you’re motivated, eager to learn, and love the outdoors, this is the perfect role for you!

About the Role: Full-time position with opportunity for career growth. You will be enrolled in a TAFE course to earn your qualification while working on real projects. Work alongside skilled professionals and receive hands-on training and mentoring. Get ready to roll up your sleeves, work hard, and get your hands dirty! Learn to assist in the construction of retaining walls, paving, and other landscaping projects.

Key Responsibilities: Assist in day-to-day landscaping tasks, including site preparation, installation, and maintenance of structural landscaping features. Operate basic tools and equipment (training provided). Work collaboratively with the team to deliver high-quality results on projects. Provide general support to the tradespeople and supervisors. Maintain a clean and organised work environment. Participate in the TAFE training to gain the skills and knowledge necessary for the trade.

About You: A strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Not afraid to get your hands dirty and work outdoors. A positive attitude and eagerness to grow and develop in the industry. Reliable, punctual, and a team player. Prior landscaping or construction experience is a bonus but not essential. Must have a valid driver’s license (preferred, not essential).
