Aurum Dental is Bendigo's newest and most beautiful Dental Practice! We have experienced some huge growth over our first few months and we’re excited to expand our amazing team! We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Practice Manager or Dental Receptionist. The Role: We are on the look out for someone special to partner with us to continue to build Bendigo’s destination dental practice. We want to invest in someone who wants to join us for the long haul, playing a key role alongside our Principal to build the culture and standards of Aurum Dental. Job Description

Depending on the role, you will play an active role across the business. Key roles and responsibilities will include: Management and leadership of staff to drive service excellence and a great team culture, including regular staff catch-ups around their development and duties, along with management of rostering, leave and recruitment, and being the ‘go-to’ for our team on all day-to-day enquires (Practice Manager). Be the face of Aurum Dental on the front desk, managing patient check-ins, appointment scheduling and handling patient enquires with a high standard of professionalism and service (Receptionist). Management of day-to-day running of the practice including stock/supplier ordering, daily balancing and embedment of efficient processes within the Practice

About You: You will be naturally warm and friendly, with a positive, proactive and problem-solving approach. You will have 3+ years’ experience working in a high-paced dental clinic. Current or previous Practice Manager / Dental Receptionist experience is a plus. Strong understanding of daily operating procedures within a dental practice. Demonstrated history of patient care and experience in sterilization and chairside assisting. Strong initiative and willingness to drive a gold-standard of fun, inclusive and high-performing team culture.
