Hey there, Calzone Air Conditioning is looking to take on a new member to our team. We currently install air conditioning ducted and split systems to residential homes across the Perth Metro area. We are open to people who are new to the industry and also experienced, with pay rates to suit. Depending on where you live, I will pick you up every morning to take you to work, no car needed. I will train you to install Air Con systems to an elite level, with possible future career in running your own team.

About the role: We are seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Installer to join our dynamic team at Calzone Air Conditioning PTY LTD in our Caversham, WA 6055 location. This is a casual role with flexible working arrangements to suit your lifestyle. As an Air Conditioning Installer, you will play a crucial part in delivering high-quality air conditioning solutions to our valued customers.

What you'll be doing: Install, maintain and repair air conditioning units for residential and commercial properties. Ensure all installations comply with relevant industry standards and safety regulations. Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients. Collaborate with the wider team to optimise workflow and problem-solve efficiently. Maintain detailed records and documentation of all work completed. Actively participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices.

What we're looking for Formal qualifications in air conditioning and refrigeration, such as a Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration. Substantial experience (3+ years) in the installation, maintenance and repair of air conditioning systems. Strong technical skills and a thorough understanding of air conditioning principles, components and troubleshooting. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A valid driver's licence and your own reliable transportation. A passion for delivering high-quality work and a commitment to safety.
