About the role: Reception duties – meet and greet clients coming into the office. Answering phones and responding to email enquiries. Managing keys for maintenance. Assisting with any admin required from the property management team. Maintaining the office and ordering stationary
About you: Experience in real estate is not essential, attitude and passion are more important. Reception or customer service experience preferred. Must be a confident communicator on the phone and face to face, being able to build rapport and help clients. Strong attention to details and excellent computer skills. Willingness to learn. Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
